Booking Information

Payment Information

Payments made through the Platform may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Solaris Sports Group LLC does not store complete debit card or credit card numbers on its servers. We may receive limited payment-related information, including:

• Payment amount;
• Payment status;
• Refund status;
• Payment date; and
• Other information provided by our payment service providers.

Device and Technical Information

When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

2. Eligibility

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you register or use the Platform on behalf of a cricket club, league, tournament, business, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws while using the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we reasonably believe the user does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms.

3. How We Share Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party providers that assist us with payment processing, cloud hosting, data storage, customer support, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, technical infrastructure, and other services necessary to operate the Platform. Such providers may access personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Other Users

To facilitate bookings, we may share limited information between captains and umpires, including names, booking details, profile information, and contact information where reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

Business Partners

We may share limited personal information with current or future business partners where reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, or expand the Platform, including cricket-related partnerships, sponsorships, promotions, integrations, events, or other legitimate business activities. Any information shared will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and may be subject to contractual confidentiality obligations or other legal protections where appropriate.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose personal information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

5. Data Retention

Solaris Sports Group LLCretains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Platform, facilitate bookings and payment processing, verify user identities and qualifications, maintain account records, resolve disputes, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms & Conditions and other policies, comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and protect the rights, safety, security, and property of Solaris Sports Group LLC, our users, and third parties.

When personal information is no longer required, we may securely delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law.

6. Data Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, destruction, or loss.

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, Solaris Sports Group LLC cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaims liability for unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or security incidents except to the extent required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for immediately notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use of their accounts.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we may delete such information and terminate the associated account.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Platform, please contact us promptly.

Solaris Sports Group LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where Solaris Sports Group LLC or its service providers operate. Solaris Sports Group LLC may share limited personal information with current or future business partners where reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, integrate, sponsor, market, or expand the Platform and related cricket services. Information shared will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and may be protected by contractual confidentiality obligations or other legal safeguards where appropriate.

13. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us.

Closing your account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all personal information. Solaris Sports Group LLC may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:

• Complete pending transactions;
• Resolve disputes;

• Enforce our agreements;

18. No Waiver

Failure by Solaris Sports Group LLC to enforce any provision of this Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Assignment

All Platform content, including software, source code, object code, databases, APIs, algorithms, graphics, designs, layouts, text, images, videos, logos, icons, documentation, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Solaris Sports Group LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of Solaris Sports Group LLC, except as permitted by applicable law.

22. Entire Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy constitutes the complete Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information by Solaris Sports Group LLC in connection with the Platform and supersedes all prior privacy statements relating to the Platform.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the Effective Date set forth above and will remain in effect until amended or replaced by Solaris Sports Group LLC.
